Anthony Robinson

Owner
Fitness Trainer

Anthony’s experience as a fitness trainer ranges from working with general fitness clients in gyms to working with more complex needs clients in exercise therapy clinics. He is also actively involved with health science and physical activity research groups, and is currently working on several projects and research trials. Through his diverse exposure in the field, Anthony has had the opportunity to be mentored by industry experts in the fields of physical activity, strength and conditioning and exercise science.

Anthony started Community Fit Over 50s after realising his passion for using exercise as a tool to help people maintain and improve mobility and functionality, promote healthy ageing, and reduce age-related functional decline.

“I strongly believe that maintaining our ability to be active and delay physical decline is one of the best things we can do for ourselves as we age.”

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Anthony taking a long walk along the Warners Bay waterfront with a coffee from one of his favourite lakeside cafes.
