Anthony Robinson

Owner | Certified Fitness Trainer

Anthony brings a broad range of experience to his work as a fitness trainer, having worked with both general fitness clients in gym settings and individuals with more complex needs in exercise therapy clinics. He also actively contributes to health science and physical activity research groups, where he is currently involved in several projects and trials.

Through his diverse exposure in the field, Anthony has had the opportunity to be mentored by industry experts in the fields of physical activity, strength and conditioning, and exercise science - which continues to shape his evidence-based, practical approach to exercise and health.

Anthony founded Community Fit Over 50s through his passion for using exercise as a tool to help older adults improve mobility and functionality, promote healthy ageing, and reduce age-related functional decline.

“I strongly believe that maintaining our ability to be active and delay physical decline is one of the best things we can do for ourselves as we age.”

Outside of work, you’ll find Anthony taking a long walk along the Warners Bay waterfront with a coffee in hand from one of his favourite lakeside cafés.
